Rhinoplasty - Case #28

This beautiful young college student has never liked the shape of her nose with the prominent dorsum, or "bridge" and the "hooked" appearance she said it gives to her tip.

We wanted her nose to match her beautiful face, but also appear natural and un-operated. As you can see, we made major changes by getting rid of her hump, elevating and refining the tip, and making the nose straighter with cleaner lines and light reflexes. But, by keeping all of her features appropriate and harmonious with the entirety of the nose and the rest of her face, her new shape appears elegant and natural. She says that at school no one even realizes she and anything done, they just think she looks great! She could not be more thrilled!
