This 18-year-old female was referred to Dr. Unger presenting severl breathing difficulties and a deviated septum with septal deflection with S-curvature and obstruction to the right side. She had a subtle and elegant reduction of her dorsal hump and refining of her aesthetics and straightening of her nose overall. This most obvious from the 3/4 view and the Basal (bottom view) She was thrilled with her results of the Rhinoplasty as she still looks like herself, only more refined.
