This young patient came to Dr. Unger desiring a more elegant and deprojected look to her nose. The patient required medial infractures with a closing wedge osteotomy. Also, lateral infractures and a middle vault reconstruction. The patient also had a hanging ala, but Dr. Unger was able to create a more appropriate infratip lobular columellar area. The patient recovered rapidly and is excited to start school with a new nose that she loves.
