This Nashville patient had a history of severe obstructive sleep apnea and had to use a CPAP machine. She was referred to Dr. Jacob Unger by an ENT specialist for continued nasal airway obstruction and severe pain of her nasal dorsum while wearing her CPAP machine. The patient had a previous rhinoplasty in 1979, which was severely destructive to the nose. The patient is doing well after her revision rhinoplasty at our Nashville practice. She has an excellent triangular basal shape and dorsal improvement, and her upturn is still present. Her graft feels affixed and is in place. The patient is very happy with these results and can breathe far better than ever before.
