This wonderful patient wanted facial rejuvenation to improve her jawline and the bands and skin along her neck that she felt made her look older. We performed a necklift to recontour and create elegant and natural neck lines and jawline. We also added some facial volume back to the patient that she had lost over the years by performing fat grafting to the lower face, malar (cheeks) and temple region. She feels like a rejuvenated, more youthful version of her self and loves it! The best part is no one can tell that she had surgery as her results look so natural!
