This is a 66 year old female patient with a history of a neck lift in 2013 who presented for revision neck lift due to some lateral banding, new facial rhytides, and lax skin. Along with the neck revision, Dr. Unger was able to do some facial fat grafting to the nasolabial and marionette lines, as well as a 35 percent TCA peel around the mouth. Notice the big reduction in wrinkles around the mouth and chin and more youthful shadowing and neck contours. The patient has achieved the youthful look she had hoped and loves her results!
