Facelift - Case #16

This lovely patient had a very full face with skin damage over many many decades. She desired complete facial rejuvenation and underwent a face and neck lift along with fat grafting to the face with Dr. Unger. She was able to get a huge, but natural-appearing improvement in her neck, jawline, downturn of her mouth, cheek positioning, and overall sense of youthfulness and facial harmony. She loves how her new look makes her feel and that she no longer has that hanging skin around her neck.  She loves that everyone complements her on how good she looks, but no one can figure out what it is that is making her look so fantastic!
