Breast Augmentation with Nipple Reduction - Case #62

This patient had some breast deflation after children and over the years. She decided to have Dr. Unger perform a breast augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants to create a more full and youthful appearance to her breasts. Dr. Unger used his anatomically based planning to create full but elegant and balanced enhancement to her breast shape. She loves her new shape and how she feels both in and out of clothing! He also performed a sensation-protected nipple reduction to decrease the size of her nipple projection, which had increased after breast feeding.
