Breast Augmentation Silicone Gel - Case #62

Desiring larger but still natural apearing breasts, this 27-year-old patient came to see Dr. Unger for a breast augmentation. Her goals of increased size but natural and subtle appearance is on of Dr. Unger's specialties. After lengthy discussion and utilization of 3D imaging to simulate her possible results, a 275 cc soft touch cohesive silicone gel implant was placed in the left breast and 255 cc silicone gel implant was placed in the right breast to try to create the most elegant, soft and symmetric result possible. She loves her result and states it is exactly what she wanted! She feels harmonious, complete, and natural!
