This patient is in her late 30's and came to us from out of state! She came to Dr. Unger with a desire for an increase in volume after breastfeeding her children. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with a nipple reduction and fat grafting to the breasts. She had SRM 310 allergan implants placed underneath the muscle. Due to her naturally wide chest wall, she was the perfect candidate for fat grafting in combination with the breast augmentation to create the best overall shape. She loves her breast volume and her confidence has skyrocketed!
