This Nashville mom desired a more full and lifted look to her breasts after breastfeeding. Plastic surgeon Dr. Jacob Unger performed an augmentation mastopexy with 265 cc SSLP implant to the right breast and 280 cc SSLP to the left breast to account for some size discrepancies between the breast. This patient also received a small amount of fat grafting to the breasts to create the most elegant and symmetric shape possible.
