This 30-something woman came in desiring better breast shape and more fullness. Dr. Unger was able to perform one of his signature techniques called a SMILE mastopexy with Breast Augmentation. THis allows for nipple elevation, breast augmentation, and excess skin to be removed along the bottom fold of the breast with no vertical scarring on the breast at all! Not everyone is a candidate for this, but for the right patient this is an excellent option!
