This patient had severe Capsular Contracture to the left breast as well as sagging of her breasts. She wanted to have perkier and soft breasts again. Dr. Unger performed a complete capsulectomy and bilateral mastopexy (lift) while simultaneously placing new silicone gel gummy bear implants designed specifically for her chest wall shape and dimensions. She now has elegant and youthful breasts that match and are very soft! Scars will continue to fade with time.
