This patient came to Nashville Plastic Surgery Institute previously having a cosmetic surgery with breast implants over 13 years ago and was seeking a complete revision of her breasts. She desired an extremely full, perky look. Dr. Unger achieved this look by replacing her older implants with 560cc cohesive gel, silicone implants and a mastopexy to create a balanced and full look. she loves her new shape!
