Breast Augmentation Mastopexy Revision - 44

This lovely woman had very old, large implants that over time caused severe ptosis (drooping) of the breasts as well as areolar enlargement and overall poor breast shape. She wanted to be smaller, more youthful, and to have better nipple size and shape. Dr. Unger was able to perform a one stage surgery by reducing the size of the areola, lifting the breast, and placing smaller implants in a much more youthful, perky, and comfortable position. She loves her new shape and size and how she can exercise and wear so many more dresses and bathing suits than she used to be able to. Scars will continue to fade with time.
