Breast Augmentation Mastopexy- 41

This patient had implants placed many years ago and developed sagging of her breast tissue over her implants creating a poor shape. She came in for revision of her breasts with new, better positioned implants and a mastopexy (lift) to rebalane her shape and create harmony between her nipple poistion and her overall breast mound position. She feels refreshed, more perky, and thrilled with her new breast shape! This surgery does not (typically) require any drains or overnight stays. She was back to normal activity in a week! (Excercise is allowed in the following weeks with a graded increases in activity over time)
