This 59-year-old patient came to Dr. Unger seeking a breast lift without becoming much larger in size. The patient desired a full look, but wanted to appear as natural as possible. Using 250 cc lower profile but cohesive silicone gel implants, Dr. Unger was able to accomplish both he and the patient's goal of lifting and filling the breast pocket without adding unnecessary volume. The patient is very excited about her new, youthful appearing breasts.
