Breast Asymmetry Correction - Case #7

This patient has a complex congenital breast growth deficiency called tuberous breast deformity. She came in to see Dr. Jacob Unger for a revision of this complex situation with one ruptured implant and one with a severe contracture. Dr. Unger was able to correct the tuberous deformity affecting this patient by using a 345 cc Soft touch, cohesive gel implant for the right side and 365 cc Sfot touch cohesive gel implant for the left coupled with some finesse breast fat grafting. The combination of a firmer gel to force the tissues into better position, with the softness of the fat created an elegant and natural result that the patient loves.
