This patient had severe capsular contracture and uncomfortable breasts. Dr. Unger removed all of the scar tissue with capsulectomies and recreated appropriately shaped, soft, and youthful breasts for this patient, also removing deep indented scar tissue around the nipples to create soft and natural contours. The patient loves her new soft breasts
