Breast Revision - Case #52

This extremely complicated and thin-skinned out-of-town patient whom had multiple prior breast surgeries flew in to Nashville specifically to see Dr. Unger for a breast revision after experiencing severe rippling and wrinkling with capsular contracture and asymmetry of her breasts. Dr. Unger was able to create a soft appearing and nearly ripple-free result by placing cohesive gel silicone implants, extensive internal capsule work, and use of fat grafting to the breasts in the upper poles and lower poles of both breasts. The patient wanted a full breasted appearance without the ripples and hard areas she had been experiencing for years. She loves her results now and feels complete and confident once again!
