With a history of several breast augmentations, This patient presented to Dr. Unger with capsular contractures bilaterally. Desiring smaller implants that will fit her frame well, Dr. Unger performed a breast revision at Nashville Plastic Surgery Institute with complete capsulectomy to correct her firm, hard breasts. He placed 275 cc moderate profile cohesive gel, gummy bear implants in each breast to achieve a modest and natural appearing breast shape.
