This lovely mother,who has saline implants from a breast augmentation performed 16 years ago by another surgeon, came to Dr. Unger desiring to remove her older implants and insert new silicone gel breast implants to be perky and full. She had bottomed out and lateralized severely giving a very poor overall breast shape. She was extremely happy with her revision surgery after Dr. Unger exchanged her implants to a cohesive silicone gel implants with a mastopexy, pocket work, and an internal bra with GalaFlex to help support and ensure a long lasting and stable result.
