This patient wanted to fix a bottoming out issue from a previous breast surgery that had created a "double bubble" deformity. With the use of Galaflex as a strategic softtissue support as well as multiple other complex techniques such as neosubpectoral pocket creation, Dr. Unger was able to perform a successful breast revision with mastopexy. This patient loves her natural breast shape and the ability to wear a bra again.
