This 48-year-old female who had a history of breast cancer on the left breast with radiation therapy and severe capsular contracture on the left after bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction. Dr. Unger was able to create symmetry for this patient with left sided capsulectomy and new implant placement of the appropriate size on both sides with fat grafting to both breasts. As you can see, she now has much more even and symmetric appearing breasts. She loves the result Dr. Unger was able to create for her!
