This 62-year-old patient, with a family history of breast cancer, previously had a bilateral mastectomy in 2013 reconstructed with silicone implants. After concern of having capsular contracture and symptoms of tenderness, We performed a breast reconstruction revision to remove the hard tissue and replace it with new soft silicone implants. We also added fat grafting to soften the edges adn give better cleavage. She was pleased with the roundness and symmetry of her breasts that Dr. Unger was able to achive.
