Dr. Unger and the patient agreed that tissue expander based reconstruction was the best option for the patient. Dr. Unger moved forward with Wise pattern breast reconstruction to generate a reduction of the large breast skin envelope and create a more youthful breast shape. The patient loves her full and lifted breasts now and the fact that she no longer has to even wear a bra!
