Immediate Breast Reconstruction - Skin Sparring - Case #5

This 41 year-old patient came to Dr. Jacob Unger after receiving a left sided breast cancer diagnosis. The patient had decided to undergo bilateral mastectomy and came into our office for reconstructive options. This patient had reduction pattern skin excision to elevate her ptotic breasts and had bilateral reconstruction with tissue expanders and finally with cohesive gel (Gummy-bear) breast implant placement with fat grafting to create a refined and harmonious breast shape bilaterally. This patient loves her lifted look and the fact that she no longer has to wear a bra.
