Immediate Breast Reconstruction - Nipple Sparring - Case #34

This lovely young woman that was diagonised with breast cancer in her right breast came to Dr. Jacob Unger seeking reconstructive surgery options. The patient decided to undergo bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and Dr. Unger performed reconstruction with implants and fat grafting to make smooth and elegant contours. She had prepectoral reconstruction, meaning there was no cutting of any muscles, which made her recovery even faster than usual. She wanted to have a bit more breast size, and loves her more full appearing breasts.
