This 50-year-old patient came to Dr. Unger seeking options for reconstructive surgery. Dr. Unger was able to perform a tissue expander based, implant based, reconstruction via a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. She loves her more full, symmetric, and youthful look that she now has! We performed her reconstruction in the pre-pectoral pain to limit and movement deformity, and ensure a rapid recovery. She is doing great and loves her look!
