A Nashville patient with breast cancer underwent a right nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB), opposite total mastectomy, and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. Our plastic surgeon achieved these results with 410 (gummy bear) implants, ADM, and fat grafting. The incision on the left chest was for port placement for chemotherapy.
