Dr. Unger performed a unilateral breast reconstruction in a delayed fashion after she received a mastectomy without reconstruction. She wanted more full breasts so we elected to perform a modest augmentation to the contralateral side. She loves that she has more full and youthful breasts now that fill out her clothes much better. She has not elected to perform nipple reconstruction at this time, but may in the future
