This female patient is in her early 40's and from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with concerns of loose abdominal skin from weight fluctuations after having children. She also had complaints of capsular contracture in her right breast from her implants that were placed 15 years prior. She underwent an abdominoplasty with an implant exchange using galaflex. She now has a flat, contoured tummy, with a 415cc implant on the right, and a 330cc implant on the left, with galaflex to help with lateralization and to help reduce the risk of capsular contracture.
