This patient is in her early 40's and traveled to see Dr. Unger from out of state. She came to him with a desire for an increase in breast volume as well as abdominal rejuvenation after having children. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy and had SSLP 300cc allergan implants placed underneath the muscle, she also had an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, and liposuction 360. She loves her new fullness in the upper pole of her breasts, and her new shape and contours.
