This patient wanted an improvement in her dorsal hump and overprojected nose. Dr. Unger performed her rhinoplasty and created a natural appearing but more elegantly contoured nose for her exactly as she desired. She has a refined tip, less projection and a more subtle dorsum or bridge. She feels that her new nose fits her face perfectly, and whats more no one can tell that she had anything done!
