This patient is a 29-year-old female. She had a highly projected nose and a slight excess amount of nostril showing bilaterally. The patient was higher on the left ala than the right, with a slight peaking of the left ala as well. After looking at 3D-rendered Vectra images, the patient chose radix reduction and dorsum reduction. Our plastic surgeon created a slight posterior setback of the tip. He also softened the infratip lobular hollowing, the indentation in the columella, and her soft triangle hollowing, with some small soft tissue grafts placed to improve the lateral aspect edges of her lateral crura. The patient was satisfied with the results of her rhinoplasty procedure.
