This patient is a 65 year-old female who came to Dr. Unger with concerns of a saggy neckline and did not believe that her neck was aging well. She underwent a full face/neck lift with facial fat grafing and a lower blepharoplasty with a TCA peel with Dr. Unger. She now has a wonderfully contoured jawline and a rejuvinated, natural appearance.
