This lovely woman wanted to refresh her face while maintaining a natural contor. She had years of sun exposure and skin damage and wanted a softer more youthful look. Dr. Unger performed a face and necklift with fat grafting to elevate her cheek and create a sharper yet natural neck and jawline for her. She loves how she looks refreshed and younger she looks but does not look operated upon at all.
