This lovely patient desired full facial rejuvenation and underwent a facelift and necklift coupled with facial fat grafting for volume rejuvenation to hollow areas. She also had an upper and lower blepharoplasty to complete the rejuvenation. She loves her new soft natural but much more youthful, thinner look!
