This patient wanted to improve fullness of her neck and the sagging of her cheeks and jowls, so she decided to undergo a face and neck lift with Dr. Unger. He removed the excess fatty tissue from her neck and created a more contoured jawline and elevated her sagging tissue without creating any surgical appearance to the face and neck. She loves how she feels younger and looks thinner but has no signs of surgery.
