This is a young female patient that came in to see Dr. Unger desiring a full, voluminous look to her breasts. Due to the thinness of her tissue, SSM implants were utilized. The patient wanted to be as large as would allow for her small frame. Dr. Unger is very cautious about using too large of implants and does all his planning based on the patient's anatomy. With approriate education and understanding, he was able to give the patient the look she always wanted using an appropriate 255 cc Soft touch moderate profile implant for her.
