Breast Augmentation Mastopexy Gallery Patient 246497
This patient had augmentation with saline implants many years ago with a breast lift later. She has had children since that time and noticed her breast shape deflating and changing. She came to us desiring revision with lateralized implants (breasts falling to the side) and overall deflated and not aesthetically-pleasing look.. In order to correct the sizing difference her the patient's breasts, Dr. Unger did a powerful mastopexy (lift) and used 345cc Soft touch cohesive full projecting gel implant on the right and 365 cc version of this silicone implant on the left. The patient could not be happier with her results. Dr. Unger was able to give her the look she's always wanted.
