This lovely patient is a 45-year-old female with a history of bilateral Style 115 textured implants placed in year 2011. She now has capsular contracture on the left-hand side. She's experienced pain and desires revisionary mastopexy surgery. After discussing her opinions with Dr. Unger, she decided to have 375 SSM implants placed to achieve her desired perky look along with a new mastopexy, or lift, to get rid of the hanging breast tissue below her implants that has bothered her for years.
