Extremely unhappy with the image of her breasts, this young lady came to Dr. Unger desiring asymmetry correction to her breasts. Dr. Unger placed a 330 cc cohesive gel silicone breast implant on the right side as well as fat grafting to achieve a fuller look. He then performed a periareolar lift to the left breast to reduce the size of the areola and elevate it slightly. She couldn't be happier about undergoing surgery with Dr Unger that helped her gain her confidence back!
