This patient has had a prior history of three breast surgeries that have left her deeply unhappy with her poor aesthetic outcome. Patient has two children and history of multiple different implants. Dr. Unger was able to do an Aries-Pitanguy style mastopexy and gave the patient 345 cc moderate profile cohesive gel implants to help her achieve the look and full upper pole she desired. The patient could not be more excited with her results that she finally has the full and youthful shape she has always wanted.
