This patient came to Dr. Unger seeking a revision of her augmentation mastopexy after having continual issues with "Bottoming out" and upward pointing nipples and poor overall shape. She desired to a more full and balanced overall breast shape. She had a revsion with new implants, a lift, and an Internal bra placment to help ensure long-lasting results.
