This lovely patient had breast implants placed many years prior and now had sagging or ptosis to her breast tissue overlying her implants. She wanted a more full appearance and more balanced result where her breast and implants felt harmonious and matched. She received new cohesive silicone gel gummy bear implants and a mastopexy (breast lift) to create this perkier and more full appearing breasts.
