This patient is a female in her early 40's from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with concerns of rippling in her current implants. She underwent a bilateral implant exchange and lift. She had 410cc saline implants removed and 360cc SSM allergan silicone implants placed underneath the muscle.
