Aesthetic Breast Revision Gallery Patient 328152
This young female patient had a previous breast augmentation with an outside surgeon who gave the patient 325 cc high profile implants. She came to us with severe bottoming out. She was very displeased with her size and felt much too large for her frame and desired to be downsized. Dr. Unger replaced her original implants with Lower profile 220 cc implants, SSLP 220 and had to elevate her inframammary fold to ensure it was in the appropriate location on her chest wall. Her smaller implants and better breast envelope and more natural shape has now given her the aesthetic results she has always wanted.
