This is a lovely patient who came in for revision of her augmentation mastopexy which was performed six months prior. She was bottomed out and was unhappy with the upper pole lack of fullness. She decided to under a revision with Dr. Unger by using new implants better suited to her body shape as well as an internal bra support with GalaFLEX, and a complete revision of the breast shape. She loves her new result.
