Aesthetic Breast Revision Gallery Patient 103776
This 61-year-old female patient came to Dr. Unger in hopes of restoring her once full and youthful breasts. The patient had a history of implants placed in the early 1980's and after a rupture left the patient uneven and with severe capsular contracture. Dr. Unger was able to perform a complete enbloc capsulectomy and implant exchange using 330 cc silicone moderate profile cohesive gel implants. He also performed a mastopexy, or lift, to rejuvenate and recreate an aesthetically pleasing and youthful breast shape that the patient wanted. The patient could not be more thrilled with her natural looking reults. Scars will continue to fade with time
